We have developed four types of partnerships within our Partner Program. Hopefully, one of the following categories is applicable to your business.
The ByStorm partner program includes the following four categories:

| Referral | This program is designed for security and compliance consulting organizations that provide management consulting and perform audits, but do not sell, install, implement, or maintain software. |
| Reseller | This program is designed for resellers that market, license, and potentially install and implement software solutions. All post-sales support for ByStorm solutions is provided by ByStorm Software. |
| Preferred Reseller | This program is designed for mature resellers who have resources available to fully market, sell, install, implement, customize, and train the end user for the products/solutions they sell. The reseller shall carry the paper for the sale with the end user and provide all post-sales "level-1" support, invoicing, and collections for ByStorm solutions. ByStorm Preferred Resellers may optionally white-label the ByStorm product and sell them as their own. |
| Service Provider | This program is primarily suited for Managed IT Service Providers that provide remote management, monitoring, and security for all workstations and servers as well as provide general IT help-desk and other "outsourced" IT services. This solution does not involve any up-front investment from the MSP and is billed strictly on a monthly per-user subscription. |
